The Emerging Managers Programme (EMP) is a Business as Missions (BAM) Project.    The BAM-EMP is a 5-months teaching, action-learning and mentorship programme for  individuals seeking to build the capacity to lead businesses as a spiritual calling. The programme, in line with the stated objectives of the Heart and Art Foundation (HAAF) is designed to help participants bring to the art of management, the virtues of the regenerated heart – it seeks to essentially raise bishops in the marketplace, men and women who would see business as missions.

THREE COMPONENTS OF EMERGING MANAGERS' PROGRAMME (EMP)

The target participants are employees, aspiring business owners and self-employed personnel. The Entry Level Management Course is designed to raise a crop of managers that could acquire the necessary skill-sets and attitude required to lead business organizations. The course is predominantly action-learning; participants would receive continuous mentorship and capacity development till their qualification to partake of the Leading Venture Manager Course and lead new organizations or business units.

This is designed for new venture managers about to lead new organizations and middle level managers leading entire business units. Venture manager participants have had sufficient experience working with other managers and are in the process of seeking investment or have successfully found investment and other resources for their new businesses.

These are sets of business retreats for senior level managers and leaders in the business community.
