Business as Missions' Emerging Managers Programme

The programme is an intensive 5 months course; class room lectures would be held on weekends (online). 

  1. Action Learning Model

The courses would be deployed using an Action-Learning format. Here the participant’s organization (internship would be found for those without employment) would be the focus of the case studies and the assignments would be written with the organization as the case study.

  1. Case Studies

Besides the use of organization specific case studies, we will stimulate the learning and development experience through discussion of relevant business case studies where applicable.

  1. Weekly Lectures

Lectures would be held fourth-nightly on weekends. Each session would be at least 4 hours long.

  1. Projects

For each programme component, the students would submit a written project report reflecting understanding and implementation of the thought material. Real life practical business case projects

  1. Course Materials

Resource persons shall make available to the students, in collaboration with HAAF, a plethora of resource materials, including but not limited to physical and virtual libraries.

Participation is scholarship-based; admitted participants would be required to complete the course modules and the accompanying assignments to be able to receive certification. Participants would be required to participate in HAAF’s Give Back programme as a means of sustaining the course for future participants.
